By accessing or using TFT Eneagram Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TFT Eneagram Analyzer is a free, fan-made analysis tool that:

  • Analyzes Teamfight Tactics™ match history using the official Riot Games API
  • Categorizes player personality types using the Enneagram framework
  • Compares players with professional Challenger players
  • Provides insights on contested compositions and pivot strategies
  • Offers Set 16 team building tools and augment analysis

3. Relationship with Riot Games

TFT Eneagram Analyzer is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Riot Games, Inc.

This is an independent, community-created project that uses publicly available data from the official Riot Games API. All TFT™, Teamfight Tactics™, League of Legends®, and Riot Games® trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to Riot Games, Inc.

We comply with the Riot Games Legal Policies and Developer Terms of Service.

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree to:

Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Provide accurate summoner names and regions when searching

Respect rate limits and not abuse the API

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for commercial purposes or resell data

Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Service

Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm other players

Violate Riot Games Terms of Service or Developer Policies

5. Data & Privacy

All match data is fetched from the official Riot Games API and is publicly available. By searching for a summoner, you acknowledge that:

  • Match history and statistics are public information
  • Data is cached temporarily (see our Privacy Policy)
  • We do not store login credentials or sensitive personal information
  • You can request data deletion at any time

6. Intellectual Property

Riot Games IP: All Teamfight Tactics™, TFT™, League of Legends®, champion names, icons, traits, items, and game assets are the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. We use these under the Riot Games Legal Policies.

Our Content: The Enneagram analysis algorithm, UI design, and original content created by TFT Eneagram Analyzer are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

"AS IS" Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.

No Competitive Advantage: Our analysis is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not guarantee improved gameplay or rank gains.

API Limitations: The Service depends on the Riot Games API. We are not responsible for API downtime, rate limits, or data inconsistencies.

Personality Analysis: The Enneagram personality types are interpretations based on gameplay patterns and are not scientifically validated psychological assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFT Eneagram Analyzer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service
  • Reliance on analysis or recommendations provided
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Interactions with other users

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update features, algorithms, or UI without notice
  • Change these Terms (we'll notify you of major changes)
  • Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse the API or attempt automated scraping
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
  • Violate Riot Games Developer Policies

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
